When do I receive my order?
You will immediately receive an email with a link to download your order. However, if you pay with iDEAL, it may take a few hours before you receive the email with the download link. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
I didn’t receive my order, what do I do?
You should have received an email with the download link. Check your spam folder or search for “Becca’s Books” or your order number in your inbox. If you still can’t find the email, fill in the contact form for further assistance.
I am having problems with paying, what do I do?
Here are a few things you can try:
- Try again on another device or WiFi network.
- Try a different payment method.
If these don’t work, fill out the contact form for further assistance.
When is a new book coming out?
I have already been very busy writing and hope to release a new book between the end of March and the middle of April.
